ReplAI features

How the agent works: where data comes from, what it does alone, when it calls a human.

Catalog and search

Products arrive from your site feed, a file import or manual entry. Search understands intent and typos: “noise cancelling headphones under $60” finds the right item even when those words are not in the title. Price, stock, size and sale price come from the database.

Knowledge base

Delivery terms, warranty, returns, price lists — as text, question-answer pairs or files (PDF, DOCX, TXT, Markdown). The agent answers from your documents and admits when the answer is not there instead of inventing one.

Orders

The agent builds the cart, confirms name, phone and address, creates the order and notifies the store. Orders live on a board: new, confirmed, processing, shipping, completed, cancelled, returned.

Human handoff

The agent passes the conversation to a person on request or in a dispute. The operator sees who else is viewing it, which page the shopper is on and the whole history. Handing it back takes one click.

Conversation memory

Long threads are not cut off: older parts are summarised, while key facts — contacts, preferences — are kept separately. Shoppers are not asked twice for what they already said.

Models and cost

You choose the model, from cheap and fast to the smartest available. Run on our key and pay in tokens, or bring your own provider key. The dashboard shows what each reply cost.

Analytics

Conversations and messages, order conversion, average order value, automation share, reply time, an activity heatmap by hour and weekday — including where a shopper left without an answer.

Team and roles

Invite teammates as owner, manager, operator or viewer. An operator handles conversations without touching billing; a manager edits the catalog without deleting the organisation.

One agent, every channel

Shoppers write where it suits them. Conversations from all channels land in one inbox, and history follows the customer across them.

Website chat

A widget you add with one line of code. Colors, greeting and branding follow your store, not ours.

Telegram

Your own store bot. Same catalog, orders and human handoff as the website chat.

WhatsApp

Official WhatsApp Business through the Meta Cloud API — no phone tied to a single device.

Instagram

Direct messages answered by the same rules: catalog, prices, availability, checkout.

Setup takes an evening, not a quarter

Three steps. A developer is only needed for the first one — and not always.

  1. 1

    Load your catalog

Pull it from your site by URL (OpenCart has a ready extension), import a file or add products by hand. Prices and stock refresh automatically.

  2. 2

    Describe your store

Delivery, payment, warranty, tone of voice. Plain instructions in human language — no scenario programming.

  3. 3

    Turn on the channels

One line for the website widget, a token for Telegram, a connection flow for WhatsApp and Instagram. Try it in the playground, then go live.

Let the store answer while you sleep

Create an agent, load the catalog and watch the first conversations show how many questions it closes without you.
