Billing questions
How are tokens counted?
A token is the internal unit of agent work. One reply costs a few tokens; answers that search the catalog cost more than simple ones. Every reply’s cost is visible in the dashboard.
Do tokens expire?
The monthly plan quota resets at the start of each period and does not roll over. Tokens bought on top of the quota never expire.
Can I pay the model provider directly?
Yes, on Pro and Business. Model calls are then billed by your provider, and the plan covers the dashboard and channels.
How do I pay?
By card through a payment provider. Card details are entered on their side — we never see or store them.
